In honor of Earth Day we wanted to celebrate all the greenery of spring and create our take on the classic mojito! We whipped up two different options, the classic and a strawberry mojito option!
This recipe is entirely vegan and gave us all the herbology feels of the green house with Professor Sprout!
Cauldron and muddler
6-8 mint leaves
1 ounce agave nectar
1 ounce lime juice
2 ounces rum
1 1/4 cup seltzer
Add mint leaves and agave nectar (and optional strawberries) to your cauldron and muddle together. Add all muddled ingredients to glass and add rum, lime juice and seltzer and stir.
